Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are carefully shipped worldwide from our studio in Sweden. We strive to process orders within two business days. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can easily monitor the delivery progress.
We kindly request that you inspect the packaging for any signs of external damage upon receipt of your order. Should you discover any damage, please notify us at info@etko.jewelry within 24 hours.
International Shipping
For orders outside the EU, please be aware that you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Returns
We want you to love your ETKO pieces, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve got you covered! We offer refunds on orders returned within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure the items are unused and the original packaging intact.
To start a return or exchange, simply use our contact form and include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
While we do our best to make returns easy, please note that ETKO can’t be responsible for items in transit back to us. Shipping costs for the original order and returns/exchanges are covered by the customer. Be sure to send returns to the address we provide - returns sent to pickup locations can’t be accepted.
